Joyce Developments was established in 1994 as a property development and investment company. It is run by three local brothers, Miles, Chris and John Joyce who are all partners within the business.

The Corbridge-based business received an investment of £600,000 to create two new family homes in West Dilston, near Hexham. The development will bring high-quality housing to the market and create jobs for local tradespeople.
