Lesley Telford

My role focuses on the commercial property fund in the North East of England, where I provide loans to commercial property development businesses. My overarching aim is to support employment and future growth of the areas we serve.

I have worked for several banks, largely supporting corporate businesses. I have headed up charities and healthcare in the North East of England for several years. Most recently, I have worked almost entirely with property investment businesses, providing loans to assist growth both in residential and commercial property markets.

I am a Trustee of Changing Lives and Willow Burn Hospice, and I am the Treasurer at both charities.
