My responsibilities include supporting small to medium-sized business across a wide variety of sectors, with annual income up to £5 million, and lending facilities up to £1 million.

I joined the Development Bank of Wales in January 2022 as part of the new investments team.

In my 23 years’ in the banking sector, I have held various roles such as business manager, mortgage advisor, financial advisor and branch leadership.

During the previous six years, I was a business relationship manager based in west Wales.
