Russell has a career of over 20 years assisting businesses to grow. With a focus on assisting businesses to access the funding required to support growth, Russell has worked in both private and public sector advisory organisations including Manchester Growth Company, Grant Thornton, ABGI, and Sedulo.

Within recent years, Russell has focused on working in Innovation funding at ABGI, the world’s largest Innovation Funding specialist and more recently within the R&D Tax Relief team at Sedulo Group.

Russell has numerous academic and vocational qualifications including BSc Banking and Finance, MBA, and Certification with Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI).

Sedulo is one of the UK’s fastest growing finance firms. The business has grown from incorporation in 2009 to employing around 200 people across 4 UK cities. Founded as an accountancy practice the business is now a full services finance firm.
