Mike Owen

Mike is the Chief Executive of FW Capital, and a member of the Development Bank of Wales' senior management team.

Mike is responsible for direct investment activities across the Development Bank of Wales Group, specifically the strategic and operational fund management activities of the Development Bank of Wales and FW Capital.

Mike has held a number of investment roles since joining the organisation in 2002, before progressing to senior and managerial positions.

Prior to joining the company, Mike spent 16 years at Barclays Bank in Cardiff as a local business manager, supporting a portfolio of over 250 small to medium-sized enterprises.
