Horden Grange Developments Ltd, run by local developer Gavin Hall, received a £844,000 investment from FW Capital, which manages the North East Property Fund.

The funding is being used to create much needed affordable family homes. The new houses are being built in Easington Colliery which is a great location for families -  within easy reach of the East Durham coast and with good transport links to major North East destinations.
