Award-winning aesthetic practitioner Rebecca Price has secured a £25,000 investment from the North East Elevate Fund, managed by FW Capital, to support the continued growth of her business and the opening of her luxury Sunderland clinic, Price & Co.
Operating from the beautifully restored Printworks on Holmeside, Rebecca Price Aesthetics offers a discreet, premium experience, specialising in natural facial rejuvenation. Rather than focusing on isolated treatments, Rebecca is known for creating personalised, long-term treatment plans that restore facial structure, improve skin quality and deliver subtle, natural-looking results that help clients look refreshed, never overdone.
Rebecca is an award-winning practitioner with a reputation for achieving elegant, age-appropriate outcomes through advanced injectable and regenerative treatments, including dermal fillers, collagen-stimulating therapies and skin rejuvenation.
Price & Co brings together a carefully selected collective of independent health, medical and aesthetic professionals under one roof, including nurse practitioners, an in-house GP and a range of specialists dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. The clinic is housed within the landmark Printworks development, restored by local developer Darryl Cullerton and Lemon Property Investment using funding also provided by FW Capital through the North East Property Fund.
The investment from the North East Elevate Fund will support Rebecca's ambitious growth plans for both Rebecca Price Aesthetics and Price & Co, enabling continued investment in innovative treatments, exceptional client experiences and the expansion of high-quality healthcare and aesthetic services within Sunderland city centre.
The investment comes via the North East Elevate Fund, which is part of the North East Mayor Kim McGuinness’ £100m regional investment framework administered by The North East Fund. Along with both the North East Accelerate and North East Spinout Inspire funds, it aims to strengthen access to early-stage finance for start up, scale up and growing companies in North East England, and tackle long-standing market failures that have hampered innovation-led growth in the region
Rebecca Price, Rebecca Price Aesthetics said: “When decided to launch my new premises at Price & Co I knew I wanted to offer more than just a clinic. I wanted to deliver a personalised luxury journey for everyone that comes through the doors. We’ve got a fantastic team of wellness and health practitioners that have joined me in the building.
Rebecca Price Aesthetics was the first unit to be taken and the investment from FW Capital and the North East Elevate Fund has helped me to fulfil my ambitions by setting up my own clinic as well as helping to scale up my business significantly by working alongside other specialists based at Price & Co.”
Ruby Knowles, Assistant Investment Executive at FW Capital added: “There is a real boom in the aesthetics sector and Rebecca is well positioned to meet the increased demand. The new clinic located in Price & Co is a fantastic location in a prime spot in Sunderland city centre. It’s exciting that FW Capital also funded the redevelopment of the site, and this demonstrates the breadth of our support for businesses and property developers across the region. Rebecca’s business has gone from strength to strength, and we’re thrilled to help her achieve her ambitions to create a luxury offering for her clients, set within a facility that offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.”
