Bell Blue

“We are grateful to FW Capital for their ongoing support and would highly recommend them as a trusted funding partner.”

Matt Houghton, Director, Blue Bell

Further family homes will be built by property developer Bell Blue in County Durham, thanks to a £1m investment by FW Capital, which manages the North East Property Fund (NEPF).

The homes boast generously designed space in a location handpicked for its exclusivity and privacy. This is the third Bell Blue scheme the NEPF has supported, highlighting how it can provide long term support to developers.

The fund had previously invested £1 million allowing  Blue Bell to build five family homes on the site of a former equestrian centre in Howden-le-Wear, County Durham..The four-bedroom detached properties are in an idyllic countryside location and were finished using the highest quality materials.

The NEPF initially provided Bell Blue with six-figure funding in 2020, supporting the development of family homes in Bishop Auckland. With beautiful views across the open countryside, the four homes were built to a high standard by local tradesman using stone from nearby quarries.
