I look to support local property developers with development funding to bring forward commercial and residential development projects throughout the region.

It’s great to be able to work in partnership with small developers supporting housing developments across the North East of England. It’s very rewarding to see how our fund is playing its part in helping to reduce the current housing shortfall in the region.

I have over 30 years’ experience within commercial and real estate banking with Barclays and Dunbar Banks. I am DipFA and CeMap qualified, with a track record of supporting successful property development schemes across the North East of England.
