Laura Rees

I am passionate about working with businesses across the North West of England, helping them to achieve their ambitions using the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II.

Based in our Manchester office, I invest in companies from the NPIF II Debt Finance Fund. The fund can make loan and mezzanine investments between £100k and £2 million into ambitious limited companies. 

We can offer loans for a variety of reasons and requirements, including working capital, stock purchasing, moving to or expanding premises, hiring and training staff and new contract support.

With 20 years’ experience in commercial banking across a number of roles, I have previously worked as a relationship director in NatWest’s Manchester commercial team with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging in turnover from £2 million to £40 million.

I have extensive experience working with those in the manufacturing sector. Before this, I worked as a business development manager for RBS Invoice Finance, providing finance facilities for businesses across the region.
