Learn more about our new Commercial Property Investment Fund - Durham Event

Join us at Ramside Hall Hotel to learn about our newly launched North East Commercial Property Investment Fund.

The £35m fund, which is backed by the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, has been launched to address a gap in the market and facilitate the delivery of new commercial property development projects. 

Through the fund, we can help developers with funding for speculative and non-speculative projects with loans from £1m to £7m.

Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the fund.

We will be joined by Andy Kerr, Head of Economic Development at  Durham County Council. Andy will provide an oversight of the significant commercial developments in the County such as Durham Innovation District, NetPark and Integra 61.
