How can we help? 

We can help Teesside businesses unlock millions of pounds worth of contracts with funding to finance contract-related bonds.  

We have short-term loans available from £100,000 to £2 million with repayment terms up to two years. 

We can provide loans to finance:

Businesses can use these to help bid for new contracts, repaying once the contract is delivered or the warranty period has expired.

The enterprise acquired by management much have a material presence in Teesside. In the case of a corporate acquisition, the acquirer and/or the target must have a material presence in Teesside. Our local Investment Executives can provide further guidance on this.
