Learn more about our new Commercial Property Investment Fund - Northumberland Event

Join us at the Rivergreen Centre, near Morpeth, to learn about our newly launched North East Commercial Property Investment Fund.

The £35m fund, which is backed by the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, has been launched to address a gap in the market and facilitate the delivery of new commercial property development projects. 

Through the fund, we can help developers with funding for speculative and non-speculative projects with loans from £1m to £7m.

Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the fund.

The event will be introduced by a representative from Northumberland County Council, followed by Michael Black, Director of Economic Growth and Investments at Advance Northumberland, who will provide an overview of the significant sector growth opportunities as well as planned inward investment activity across the County.
