One North Property Ltd built three homes in the rural village of Whorlton, County Durham following a £690,000 investment by FW Capital, which manages the North East Property Fund.

The four-bedroom barn-style homes were built in traditional stone and comprises over 2,000 sq-ft, which includes single garages and spacious gardens. Construction began on the project in December 2018. The development, which is based approximately four miles from Barnard Castle, was completed in Autumn 2019.
