BA Properties secured a significant six-figure loan from the Teesside Flexible Investment Fund, managed by FW Capital, to complete a new-build residential development in Thornaby.

Located on Thornaby Road, the development brought eight high-quality, semi-detached two-bedroom bungalows to the local market. The funding provided 100% finance for the final stages of the project, which was delivered by BA Properties, part of Billingham-based BA Group.

Each property featured dedicated parking and private gardens, helping to meet growing demand for modern, accessible single-storey homes. The scheme was delivered using the group's in-house construction expertise.
