Steel Benders UK secured a significant investment from the Teesside Flexible Investment Fund, managed by FW Capital, to support a major expansion project in Hartlepool.

Established in 2002, Steel Benders UK specialises in steel profiling and forming services, including plate rolling, section bending and press braking. The funding supported the development of a new 40,000 sq ft industrial facility on Brenda Road and enabled the business to relocate its operations from Middlesbrough.

The expansion doubled the company's capacity, enhanced its service offering and created at least 15 new jobs for the local community. The new facility also provided a base for the only 8x2m fibre laser cutting bed in the North of England.
