Through the Teesside Flexible Investment Fund we can provide up to 100 percent of build costs for suitable schemes with repayment terms available up to three years. We can support residential and non-speculative commercial developments.

We can provide loans for:

  • New housing developments
  • New office, industrial and warehouse developments
  • Refurbishment projects
  • Phased development schemes
  • Mixed use developments

Construction and property development companies must have a material presence in Teesside, or the scheme must be based in Teesside

Making an application

Before we can help you, you’ll need to provide us with the following:

  • Accounts for your company and any associated companies and a project synopsis detailing:
  • Your financial contribution
  • Any other financial contribution
  • Relevant planning permission(s)
  • The proposed build schedule
  • The value you hope to achieve from the sale of the project
  • A detailed cost breakdown of the project
  • Details of the pre-sale agreement(s) for the project demonstrating how you’ll repay our loan
